Back in 2001, Pete Doran, a busy emergency nurse, pinpointed a need for more functional, durable, and professional looking medical scrubs that enabled him to work comfortably and effectively at work.
After trying (unsuccessfully), to find scrubs that fitted the bill, Pete together with his wife Sally, secured the rights to retail Dickies Medical Scrubs in Australia and set about changing the way Australians viewed scrub uniforms.
Pete, Sally and the Infectious team have been a driving force in the medical scrubs industry transforming uncomfortable, unflattering, and old-fashioned scrubs that no one in the industry liked wearing, into modern, stylish, fresh, fun, exciting and comfy scrubs that everyone wanted to wear! We proved that scrubs were not just for the operating theatre.
Since those early beginnings, Infectious has grown into Australia's leading medical uniform supplier—managing uniform needs for entire hospitals to individuals, servicing all industries including Medical Centres, Dental Practices, Aged Care, Vets, Medical Imaging, Franchise Groups, Beauty, and Laser Therapists.
Listening to our clients need for a one stop uniform solution we expanded our range to cater for this.
