We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to exchange or return an item, please keep the following in mind:

  • No Returns on Embroidered or Altered Items: We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so if you're unsure about sizing or style, we suggest placing your first order without embroidery.
  • Clearance Items: All sales are final. While exchanges might be possible, we cannot offer refunds on these items.
  • Original Tags: Please ensure all original tags are still attached.
  • Condition: We kindly ask that items be returned in excellent condition—free from stains, makeup, or any soiling. Our uniforms are used in hygienic environments, and we want to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for everyone.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, laundered, or excessively soiled. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Packaging: Please return garments in their original garment bags to help us process your return smoothly.

Return Process:

  • Please submit a return request via our portal.
  • You can then use any shipping provider of your choice to send the item back to us.

Return Options:

  • Store Credit: Receive store credit for future purchases.
  • Refund: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.  Refunds incur a $9.99 restocking/handling fee.

Additional Information:

  • You may return an item within 30 days of the order date.
  • Please note that original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
